Cousins Subs raises more than $7,600, collects 423 pounds of food through Indianapolis initiatives

INDIANAPOLIS (Dec. 31, 2024) — Cousins Subs is proud to share the impact of its recent community fundraising efforts in Indianapolis. Since entering the market in 2024, the family-owned sub shop has demonstrated its commitment to giving back through multiple donation nights and a successful food drive.

Through a series of fundraising initiatives, Cousins Subs’ two Indianapolis locations — Emerson and College Park — raised more than $7,600 to support local schools. Highlights include:

Emerson location - Raised $4,285 through various donation nights, including:

• $1,019 for Perry Meridian Middle School, matched 100%
• $722 for Perry Meridian Middle School, matched 75%
• $476 for Northeast Elementary School, matched 50%
• $214 for ISOM Elementary School, matched 25%

College Park location - Raised $3,344 through donation nights, including:

• $633 for Greenbriar Elementary School, matched 100%
• $471 for Westlane Middle School, matched 75%
• $429 for Northview Middle School, matched 50%
• $406 for ISOM Elementary School, matched 25%

In addition to monetary donations, the College Park location hosted a food drive, collecting 423 pounds of food. This donation, made possible by the generosity of Cousins Subs’ guests and team members, was donated to Crooked Creek Pantry to help provide meals to local families during the holiday season.

“Because of the generosity of our guests and team members, Cousins Subs was able to donate 423 pounds of food to those in need,” said a representative from Crooked Creek Pantry. “This comes at a great time as we share this bounty throughout the holidays.”
