About Cousins Subs
We are a Midwest-based, family-owned, fast casual sub shop established in 1972 by two Cousins, Bill Specht and Jim Sheppard, who set out to bring their favorite style of sub sandwich from the East Coast to their new hometown of Milwaukee, Wis. Today, more than 50 years later, we remain true to our roots by serving better subs on our famous bread baked daily and featuring only the highest quality meats, produce and sides – all sourced locally whenever possible. Staying true to our founders' legacy of Better Bread. Better Subs., we continue to Believe in Better — both in the quality of food we serve and in the communities we call home.
