Now that I've signed up, how do I earn Cousins Club rewards?

With any qualifying restaurant purchase online or in-store, you earn one point for every $1 spent. Once you earn enough points, you will unlock a reward. Your reward can be redeemed with any subsequent purchase.

How am I notified I have a reward available?

We get it—free Cousins Subs is something to get excited about. We'll notify you via email in your in-app inbox when you have rewards available to use in your account.

Why do you ask for my location information?

To make your experience better, we use your location information to locate the Cousins Subs restaurants nearest to you to ensure your search is quick and easy.

How do I earn points?

Simply put, by dining with us. Inform the cashier that you are a Cousins Club member and you will be prompted to scan a bar code by navigating to the "Earn" tab on the "Rewards" screen. In-store guests can recite their phone number to the cashier to earn points automatically if your phone number was added to your account when you signed up. Points for online orders will automatically be added to your account.

Do my Cousins Club rewards expire?

Yes—rewards expire after one year of account inactivity.

I’m a member of the Cousins Club but didn’t have the Cousins Subs app with me when I made a purchase. Can I still earn points?

You can when you save your receipt. Each receipt has a Cousins Subs barcode that can be scanned later to earn the points you received from your purchase. To scan, navigate to “Earn Points” and select “Scan Barcode”.

My total on my receipt was higher than the points I received. Why?

Cousins Club members earn points on all pre-tax sales and not the receipt total, which includes tax.

Where can I see how many points I have earned?

Tap on “Rewards” in the bottom menu of your screen to view your account balance on the Cousins Subs app. When you do, you’ll find a points meter that lets you know how close you are to reaching your next reward. You can also tap on “Inbox” to see the rewards you have earned for being a loyal Cousins Subs guest.

In addition to earning points, how else can I get free food and discounts?

By being a valued Cousins Club member. We provide special rewards and offers to our members. Be sure to open our emails and tap “Inbox” on the app so you don’t miss out!

I earned a reward; how do I redeem it?

Congratulations, and thank you for being a valued Cousins Club member! To redeem your reward, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Cousins Subs app before paying the cashier.
  2. Select your reward.
  3. Tap “Redeem.”
  4. Confirm the amount by tapping “Yes” in the pop-up screen.
  5. A code will appear on your device. Show the cashier your code before you pay to apply it to your order.

I want to redeem a merchandise or Catered party for 20 reward, what do I do?

To redeem a merchandise or Catered Party for 20 reward, click "redeem" on the reward, fill out the contact information and submit the reward. For merchandise rewards, your reward will be automatically shipped within 3-5 business days. For the Catered Party for 20 reward, a member of our team will get in touch with you within 3-5 business days. If you have any questions regarding your loyalty reward, please email us at loyalty@cousinssubs.com.

I have multiple rewards. Can I apply them all to one purchase to cover the cost of most of my purchase?

It’s always great to have choices! Choose the one you want to apply to your order and save the others for later. You can only redeem one reward per transaction; redeeming two or more rewards in a single purchase is not allowed.

None of these situations apply. What can I do?

HOW do I change my email address or phone #?

Unfortunately, you're not allowed to change your email or phone # after account registration. If you believe your email address or phone # was used for another account, please contact us here.

Am I a Cousins Club Member if I had an eClub Account?

No, Cousins Club is separate from eClub. If you're not sure if you are a member of the Club, try logging in with your email and click 'Forgot Password'. If your email address is not recognized, then you will need to create a Cousins Club account.

I AM NOT ABLE TO SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT ON THE APP OR ONLINE, what do I do?

Do I need a smartphone to be a cousins club member?

Cousins Club doesn't require a smartphone. Just click here to sign up or log in to use the Rewards program online. Please make sure you add a phone number (not necessarily a cell phone #) to your account so you can provide it at the restaurant when ordering.

CAN I EARN POINTS BY PURCHASING COUSINS SUBS GIFT CARDS?

No, points can only be earned by making food purchases. Gift cards, merchandise or other non-food items will not count towards rewards.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can receive for an order?

Yes, the maximum number of points you can earn on any one order is 100.
